AVAILABLE - LOCAL VENUE FOR HIRE

1st Broadbridge Heath Scout Hall is available to hire on a regular basis (or even for one off bookings) subject to availability.

- Large hall
- Generous garden
- Private onsite parking
- Fully fitted kitchen
- Male/female toilets
- Stage area (within the main hall)
- Central heating
- Wifi
- Local convenience store opposite
- On a regular bus route to Horsham (daytime)
- Basic hire charge currently £12.75 per hour (prices reviewed regularly and this is the correct price at the time of publication)

All hire fees collected go directly to the upkeep of our Scout Group and its many subsidised activities.

So if your club or family event are currently looking for a fabulous venue, our hall could be the answer!

Last weekend we had a team of wonderful volunteers get to work on some much needed garden maintenance.

One job, (removing the roots of an old, long gone tree) turned out to be way bigger than intended. Just look at how big those roots were!!

Well done and a huge THANKYOU, to all of you.

A reminder for any local donations, as it’s the recycling collection this coming week!

Caution - please do check your donations are ALUMINIUM and not steel.

In general, dog and cat food tins are steel (so not accepted as magnetic) and tuna tins ARE aluminium.

We can help make room in your recycling bin. Fill up our labelled bin* instead of your own (out front of of scout hall) with items listed below 🙂🚮

Anything ALUMINIUM, such as drinks cans (so nothing magnetic please 🙏 ).

Happy to receive

saucepans
clean food containers
silver paper from Easter eggs etc.

We also accept anything made of …

- copper
- brass or
- bronze (including electric leads from appliances being scrapped together with the plug).
